Our Attorneys
Elysa Greenblatt began her career with the New York City Office of the Corporation Counsel. While there, she prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies committed by juveniles in Brooklyn and Manhattan. In recognition of her strong trial skills, in depth investigations and zealous prosecutions, Ms. Greenblatt was named Legal Rookie of the Year by the Corporation Counsel’s Office. Ms. Greenblatt has brought her sharp litigation skills to the firm.
Ms. Greenblatt joined Ms. Parmet’s predecessor firm, Parmet & Zeif, P.C., in January of 2004. She made a seamless transition from criminal law to matrimonial law and since joining Ms. Parmet, and has handled complicated matrimonial matters from inception to conclusion. Recognizing that there are often alternatives to trying cases, Ms. Greenblatt has made a commitment to alternate dispute resolution, including negotiation of agreements and Collaborative Law.
Ms. Greenblatt graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Smith College in 1997. She received her law degree from Boston College in 2000. She is a member of the New York County Lawyer’s Association, New York State Bar Association and the New York Women’s Bar Association.
